Review methodology
Review methodology
Our testing team follows the same steps for every hands-on review:
- Order placement: we place the order through the agent account and log the time from payment to warehouse receipt.
- Warehouse QC: we review the agent's QC photo set and, where possible, request extra angles or measurements.
- Shipping: we choose a shipping line, record the quoted weight and volumetric weight, and track the parcel from label creation to delivery.
- Arrival and fit checks: we photograph packaging, measure the item with a tape and calipers, check fabric weight in grams per square metre, and compare against a retail reference where available.
- Comparison table: we publish fees, weights, transit days and fit notes side by side for the lines and agents in that test.
Hands-on scores use the full 1 to 5 scale, with the criteria and findings explained. Scores reflect the specific batch and size we ordered.
Scope of the findings
Weight comparisons retain actual and volumetric figures with the carrier divisor, destination and capture date. Fabric-weight and retail-reference findings identify how they were obtained and the unit or reference used.
