Who we are

CSSBuy Tips is a small editorial desk based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. We founded it in 2021 to document shopping-agent orders from the buyer's side: what we paid, how long each step took, what the QC photos showed and how the parcel arrived.

Our team

Marieke van Dalen is Editor-in-Chief and founded the desk. Tomas Beek is Reviews Editor and runs the fit-check bench. Priya Raman is Research Editor and maintains the agent fee and shipping-line databases.

How we test

Our testing team places orders through agent accounts we maintain for that purpose. We photograph the warehouse QC set, log agent response times, track each shipping line from label creation to delivery, and measure fit and construction on arrival. We publish comparison tables so readers can see fees, weights and transit days side by side.

What we publish

We publish hands-on reviews, shipping-line timing reports, QC photo guides and sizing checks. Evidence-supported scores may use the full five-point scale, with limitations explained alongside the rating.
